Human Resources
How we work and how to apply, for those who would like to join our team.
Our human resources policy
A hospital’s most important investment is not its equipment but its team. That is why we base recruitment on professional competence and the ability to work in a team; we make no distinction of language, religion, gender, age or ethnic origin.
Our aim is not simply to fill a vacancy, but to build a team of people who do their work willingly and can stay with us for a long time.
What we look for
- Holding the diplomas, certificates and registrations the profession requires
- Being patient and respectful with patients and their families
- Taking care over patient privacy and the confidentiality of personal data
- Being able to work in a team and adapt to a shift rota
- Being open to professional development
Training and development
Every new member of staff goes through an induction programme covering how the hospital works, patient safety rules, infection control and emergency management.
In-service training continues regularly after that. We support staff who wish to continue their professional development, as far as the service allows.
