What is Dermatology?
Dermatology deals with conditions of the skin, hair and nails. The skin is the body’s largest organ, and the first sign of many internal illnesses appears on it; a dermatology examination is therefore more than a surface assessment.
Complaints range widely, from itching and rashes to mole monitoring, hair loss and nail problems.
