What is Urology?

Urology deals with conditions of the kidneys, urinary tract, bladder and the male reproductive system. Urinary complaints in both women and men, and in every age group, fall within this department.

Symptoms such as burning on passing urine, needing to go frequently or blood in the urine usually have simple causes; but some can be the first sign of a condition that needs early diagnosis.
